DreamVows is a paid digital writing product. Once payment is confirmed, DreamVows prepares a custom order based on the information you submitted, which limits the situations where a refund is appropriate.
Refunds DreamVows may issue
DreamVows may issue a refund for duplicate charges, accidental double billing, or a technical failure that prevents the order from being delivered and cannot be resolved through support.
Requests that usually do not qualify
Refunds are generally not available simply because you changed your mind, decided not to use the drafts, or wanted different wording after the digital bundle was delivered. DreamVows is designed to provide editable drafts, and customers are expected to review and personalize them. The same principle applies to any premium AI-generated audio file after the MP3 has been generated for the order.
