How DreamVows handles personal information

What DreamVows collects

DreamVows collects the information you enter into the questionnaire, such as names, relationship details, style preferences, and speech prompts, so it can prepare your paid digital order. DreamVows also stores basic order metadata such as order ID, order status, delivery state, and payment references needed to support direct-download recovery.

Payments

DreamVows uses Stripe to process payments. Card details are collected by Stripe during checkout and are not stored in full by DreamVows. DreamVows stores only the payment and order references needed to confirm payment, fulfill the bundle, and help with support requests.

How DreamVows uses the information

DreamVows uses questionnaire and order information to generate the paid speech bundle after payment is verified, provide access through the order page, troubleshoot delivery issues, and respond to support requests. If you request premium audio narration, DreamVows may also send the selected draft text to its server-side audio provider for synthesis.

Retention

DreamVows retains order and delivery information for operational and support purposes, including order recovery. If you want to ask about a data deletion request, email [email protected] and include your order ID.

Third parties

DreamVows relies on third-party providers to operate the product, including Stripe for checkout and OpenAI for content generation. If premium audio narration is active, DreamVows may also use ElevenLabs to synthesize the selected text into an audio file. Those providers may process information according to their own policies while delivering their service.

Your choices

Do not submit sensitive information you do not want used in generated writing. You can always edit the output after purchase before using it in a live ceremony.
